Vault is an architectural structure made of paper boxes. The technology of vaults uses the force of nature. All construction materials are assembled or recline on each other naturally so that the building can stand upright. It seems sometimes that new technologies advance to a level of perfection that is, actually, far removed from human nature. The boxes in Vault also adhere to each other with velcro. It seems a very basic technology, but it is stable enough. Head1 and Head2 are portraits made of shea butter. They are placed on plinths of cardboard pizza boxes. Head1 takes on the form of a humanoid robot. Head2, however, lacks a human head. It consists of technical parts such as sensors, cameras, and audio equipment instead of eyes, nose, ears, etc. When experiencing current natural phenomena, it seems natural that our body parts do not always function properly. It lets us think, however, about the essence of being, about where our being is located.
